A Manassas man is behind bars after he reportedly stole an ambulance from a hospital while in custody. The suspect Rickey Lowe made his first court appearance Monday. Lowe was seen on surveillance video in a hospital gown amid the reported heist, and his IV is still attached. FOX 5’s Tisha Lewis reports from Fairfax.
