Majority of Banksia Hill detainees have severe brain impairment

A new study finds nearly 90 per cent of youths assessed at a Perth juvenile detention centre have at least one form of severe brain impairment, such as Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, that is more likely to lead to problems
